Founder & Principal Engineer

Beda Pormentilla is the Founder and Principal Engineer of Bedatek LLC, where he provides advanced mechanical design, simulation, and product development services. With over 20 years of experience spanning industry and academia, he specializes in transforming complex engineering challenges into practical, manufacturable solutions.

In addition to leading Bedatek, Beda is a Professor at Rutgers University, teaching mechanical design, CAD, simulation software (FEA and CFD) and measurement systems. His dual role in industry and education brings a rigorous, first-principles approach to every project, combining analytical depth with hands-on execution.

At Bedatek, he partners with clients to deliver efficient, reliable, and technically sound engineering solutions from concept through implementation.
